The MV Fiona R. was a 192-ft (58.5 m) long, Panamanian flagged, coastal freighter that ran aground near Point Salinas, Grenada on October 15th 1987. It was on a voyage from Barbados to Grenada carrying a load of cement. The Fiona was built in Westerbroek, Netherlands in 1957. It was originally named the MV Njord . It rests a depth of 55 ft (27 m).
