Deep Dive - where you can learn more about Cessna 188 AGWagon.

One morning, sometime in 1999, this Cessna 188 Ag Wagon, was loaded with herbicide and preparing to get ariborne from the Grand Cafe airfield on a small island south of Guadeloupe. Perhaps the aircraft was overloaded, or maybe the pilot forgot to change the pitch of the prop for takeoff, but the Cessna failed to get airborne and crashed at the end of the runway, in a banana field. After removing all hazardous substances, the aircraft was sunk in 2000 as an artificial reef and dive site. It rests in 75 ft of water on a sandy bottom.

This short, two-minute Youtube video of a dive on the Cessna posted on 6 June 2017 by yakyaktb is worth watching.
